Quotations and customized orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are based on the product, container, packaging material, output, and utilities you confirm. Customized machine orders proceed after written confirmation of the specification.
Product images and specification variations
Images are indicative. Machine appearance, components, and specifications may vary as designs are improved or configured for your application.
Pricing, GST, billing and payment
Prices are as stated in the applicable quotation and are subject to GST and other statutory charges. Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Manufacturing lead times
Lead times are estimates confirmed at order stage and may vary with specification changes, component availability, and site readiness.
Delivery and logistics
Delivery arrangements, freight, unloading, and insurance responsibilities are confirmed for each order.
Installation and commissioning
Installation and commissioning scope, timelines, and any related charges are agreed in writing before work begins.
Site readiness and utilities
The customer is responsible for providing suitable floor space, access, power, compressed air, water, drainage, and other utilities as specified before installation.
Warranty, exclusions and service
Warranty coverage and exclusions are as stated in the applicable warranty document. Wear parts, consumables, and damage from misuse or unsuitable utilities are not covered.
Returns, cancellation and refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
Intellectual property
Website content, designs, drawings, and documentation remain the property of BAANGS Technomac LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Thalassery, Kerala.
