• Wrong product or specification received
• Product damaged in transit
• Defective or incomplete product
• Significant quality issue
• Non-functional product, subject to remote assessment by our technical team

Raising a support request

Support requests should be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and share an unboxing video, photographs of the product and packaging, and the invoice or order reference so we can assess the issue.

Return eligibility and exclusions

Eligibility is confirmed after assessment. Customized machines, consumables, installed equipment, and items damaged through incorrect use, unsuitable utilities, or unauthorised modification may not be eligible for return.

Repacking and pickup

Approved returns must be securely repacked in the original packaging. Pickup or return logistics are arranged with you after approval.

Order cancellation

Cancellation before dispatch is handled case by case, taking into account work already carried out on customized orders. Cancellation after dispatch may attract freight and handling deductions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time is confirmed with you at the time of approval.

Warranty claims

Warranty claims are raised with our support team along with the machine details, invoice reference, and a description of the fault. Coverage, exclusions, and service terms are as stated in the applicable warranty document.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
