Shipping & Delivery
How spare parts, accessories, and large machinery are dispatched and delivered.
Parts and small consignments
Spare parts, consumables, and accessories are dispatched through courier or surface transport partners within India. Serviceable locations and delivery timelines are confirmed at order stage.
Large machinery
Machines and production-line equipment usually move by freight transport. Crating, freight mode, unloading arrangements, site access, and lifting equipment are planned with you before dispatch.
Delivery timelines
Timelines depend on the machine configuration, manufacturing lead time, transport distance, and site readiness. Project-specific schedules are shared in writing.
Receiving a delivery
Please inspect the consignment on arrival, record any visible transit damage on the delivery documents, and inform us within 72 hours with photographs and an unboxing video.
Installation planning
Where installation and commissioning are in scope, the site visit is scheduled after delivery and once utilities and floor space are ready.
Charges
Freight, insurance, unloading, and any special handling charges are stated in the quotation or invoice.
